The 300-hour advanced teacher training is a fully residential course that builds upon the 200-hour TTC, deepening your practice and understanding. Tailored for RYT 200 certified instructors, this intensive alignment-based program covers advanced principles and techniques, exploring Hatha Yoga elements like Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, and Shatkarma in greater depth. Crucially, it prepares you for higher levels such as RAJA YOGA, KRIYA YOGA, and KUNDALINI YOGA. This course not only enhances your skills as a yoga teacher but also enriches your journey as a devoted practitioner.
DURATION :
The course is open to everyone who completed 200 Hours Yoga TTC and should be able to read write and speak English effectively as it is the medium of the course. Physical and mental fitness is mandatory. In case if there any health issues ,candidate must provide the information and history as directed in the application form.
Natural will and commitment to undergo the 28 days intensive training with discipline in order to imbibe the knowledge of Yoga.
The 300-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course covers a broad range of topics, organized as follows:
Asana: Explore a comprehensive series of Hatha Yoga poses, including standing, supine, prone, inversions, balancing, and advanced asanas.
Pranayama: Experience 12 classical techniques for breath correction, energizing, balancing, and cooling.
Mudra: Learn specific gestures to influence energy flow in the body.
Bandha: Study four key locks that regulate energy flow.
Shat-Karma: Practice cleansing exercises for body and mind following classical Hatha Yoga principles.
Meditation: Advance through consistent Asana, Pranayama, and Shat-Karma practices to reach higher states like Pratyahara, Dharana, and Dhyana.
Teaching Methodology:
Develop skills in class design, diverse Yoga practices, effective teaching, ethical guidelines, communication, time management, demonstration, assistance, and addressing individual needs. Explore the business aspects of Yoga teaching
Modern Anatomy and Physiology: Study systems such as Nervous, Cardiovascular, Digestive, Reproductive, and Endocrine.
Yoga Anatomy and Physiology: Learn about the human body’s composition in Yoga, including the 3 Bodies, 5 Elements, 5 Koshas, Nadis, Chakras, and Kundalini.
Holistic Approach: Integrate Yoga principles to enhance internal and external peace and harmony.
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle, and Ethics:
Delve into Yoga Philosophy, Vedas, Samkhya Philosophy, and Hinduism. Reflect on the lives of great Gurus, Yogic Lifestyle, and Ethics. Study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in-depth.
Practicum:
Gain hands-on experience by leading group teachings, observing and assisting peers, focusing on specific practices, and providing and receiving feedback.

7.30 am to 8 am – pranayama
8.30 – 9.30 am – break fast
9.30am to 11 am – personal time
10.30.am to 11.30pm – theory /lecture
11.30 pm to 12.30 pm – Lecture (Anatomy, Philosophy etc.)
12.30 pm to 1.15 pm – theory
1.15 to 2pm – lunch
3.pm to 4pm – lecture /theory/yoga nidra
4.30 pm to 6.30 pm – Asana, Alignment and Adjustments (theory and practical training, teaching practices)
7 pm to 8 pm – Dinner
8pm to 9pm – Kirtan, Chanting and video show etc. (optional session)/ discussion/games
9pm – 10 pm – practice of silence
10.30 –light off
The course fee is 2750 Euros, covering accommodation and vegetarian meals for 29 nights, along with textbooks, a notebook, a pen, a new Yoga mat, a Jala Neti pot, educational resources, and private consultations. Please note that this fee does not include flight tickets, airport transfers, day tours, pre- or post-course excursions, transportation costs, or personal expenses.

Food & Drink: Accommodation (non-air-conditioned) and all yogic activities and studies are provided on-site. We offer three vegetarian meals daily. Please note that non-vegetarian food, alcoholic beverages, and any form of drug use are strictly prohibited on campus.
