Our program covers essential topics to immerse you in Yogic culture:
Hatha Yoga Asana: Basic postures and movements, including preparatory exercises, standing, supine, prone, inversion, and balance poses.
Pranayama: Breathing techniques such as Udar Svashan, Vaksha Svashan, Griva Svashan, Kapalabhati, Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, and Ujjayi.
Mudra: Hand, finger, and body gestures to influence energy flow.
Satkarma: Purification practices like Jala Neti.
Meditation: Fundamental practices including Yoga Nidra, breath awareness, stillness of body (Kaya Sthairyam), and mantra meditation (e.g., AUM).
Additional topics: Yoga program design, ethical guidelines, human anatomy, teaching methodology, Yogic lifestyle, and holistic approach to Yoga.
