Niveda Arora, from Delhi, is a dedicated yoga instructor with five years of teaching experience across India and internationally. In a field often dominated by men, Niveda stands out with her strong self-practice and effective teaching, earning her well-deserved recognition.
Academically, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Delhi University, where she studied History and Political Science. Following this, Niveda pursued a career in graphic design, but during this time, she felt a strong pull toward yoga. Motivated by this new direction, she left her job and enrolled in a Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science at Kaivalya Dham, Pune.
After completing her yoga studies, Niveda moved to Dubai to teach, which marked the beginning of her flourishing career in yoga. Upon her return to India, she began teaching in Goa, where she worked at various retreats, guiding students from around the world. Her clear, effective, and engaging classes resonated with people of all ages, helping her build a strong reputation in the yoga community.
For the past two years, Niveda has been based in Rishikesh, teaching at several yoga schools to students from all over the world who come for teacher training programs. She specializes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Anatomy, and her teaching style is known for its clarity and depth. Despite her busy teaching schedule, she continues to pursue her education, currently working toward a Master’s degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand University. This commitment to lifelong learning reflects her dedication to deepening her knowledge and sharing it generously with her students.
