Our Team

YOGI MAN, Yogi Mann hails from Delhi, India, and is known for his calm and humble demeanour, always ready to offer guidance and support. Whether it’s teaching Pranayama, meditation, or the therapeutic aspects of yoga, he is dedicated to helping others discover the true essence of this ancient practice. His primary aim is to share the transformative power of yoga, enabling individuals to realize the full potential of their human life.

Yogi Mann’s introduction to yoga came during his teenage years when he sought answers to life’s deeper truths. His quest led him to yoga, and through divine providence, he met his guru, which profoundly changed his life. Over the years, he transitioned from being a stressed, aggressive individual to a peaceful and composed soul through his devotion to yogic practices.

After graduating as a Computer Science Engineer from IP University, Delhi, Yogi Mann briefly experienced corporate life. However, he quickly realized that the fast-paced, competitive environment did not suit his tranquil nature. He chose to leave his job and spent several years in an ashram, deepening his spiritual practices. During this time, he earned multiple certifications and completed teacher training courses at various renowned schools in Rishikesh. He is now an E-RYT 500, registered with Yoga Alliance, USA.

Additionally, Yogi Mann holds a Master’s degree in Yoga (MSc Yoga) from SVYASA, one of India’s most prestigious yoga universities in Bangalore. In recent years, he has shared his knowledge with people across the globe, teaching in schools, NGOs, and conducting workshops aimed at improving the holistic well-being of teachers, children, and students.

Currently, Yogi Mann specializes in teaching Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Yin Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Mantra Chanting, and Kirtan Yoga in various teacher training courses in Rishikesh, continuing to inspire and transform lives through his profound teachings.
